INFORMATION ON HOTEL ROOMS FOR COSITÕ05
Site. We expect all COSITÕ05 participants
to stay at The
Inn at Holiday Valley, near Ellicottville, New York, which is located at 42¡ 16' 02"N, 78¡ 40' 00"W,
about one hour's drive south of Buffalo, NY. Shuttle transportation will be available from Buffalo
airport to the site by advance booking (details to follow). All conference
sessions will be held on the same site as the Inn.
Prices. The conference rate for sleeping rooms
at the Inn is $US 92.00 per night for either one or two persons in the
room plus taxes
(currently at 13.25%). Rooms have one King-Size bed (limited number) or two
Queen-Size beds, a very few have two twin beds.
Room
Sharing. Note that the
room cost is the same for 1 or 2 people, so those who wish to save money
obviously should share a room. For those who wish to share a room but who do
not know anyone to share with, please contact LaDona Knigge, lknigge@acsu.buffalo.edu.
She will ask for some background information and suggest match-ups for room
sharing.
Reservations. Unfortunately, the Inn is not able to
take room reservations for conference blocks over the web. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO USE THE HOTELÕS ON-LINE WEB REGISTRATION FOR COSITÕ05!

the best way to reserve a room for COSITÕ05 is via their toll-free telephone
number, 1-800-323-0020. Their regular telephone number is 1-716-699-2345.

Participants may also
reserve rooms by email. Please email your request, giving specific arrival and
departure dates, number of persons sharing the room, and names, to Katie DiDonato,
