MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

From 2017 on, COSIT proceedings are published as Open Access within the Leibniz International Proceedings in Informatics (LIPIcs) Series (http://www.dagstuhl.de/en/publications/lipics). Papers must be written in English suitable for an interdisciplinary audience, conform to LIPIcs formatting guidelines (available at the URL lipics-v2019-authors.zip) and should not exceed 13 pages (full and vision papers), i.e., 7 pages (short papers) including title, figures, and references. To make manuscript preparation easier for authors, we prepared a LIPIcs template in overleaf available at https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/cosit2019-template/fckxyxjggjdt.

For reviewing, all vision, full, and short papers must be submitted in PDF format through the COSIT 2019 EasyChair installation, available at the URL https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cosit2019.

All submission will be subject to a double blind review process. Please prepare your manuscripts accordingly.

Long, vision and short papers will be published in a single COSIT 2019 Proceedings Volume as part of the LIPICs series and be available Open Access.
